Discovering a leaking crack in your homes foundation is very stressful and they were fast and affordable. when we had to disturb the repair while renovating they patched it for free so we could maintain our warranty. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend this company to fix any crack. From the very beginning to the end product, the service was wonderful. The quote was extremely reasonable, the technicians were professional and friendly. They worked hard to complete the job. They also cleaned up when finished. Trevor, John and Waylon, who did our foundation crack repair and did a great job. that's why I gave 4 stars because the job with the cement was not consistent because one of them used a trowel to stick the cement while other just used there hands to stick it in.

During a heavy rainstorm I noticed a vertical crack in the basement foundation leaking water onto the floor. John and his assistant did an excellent job sealing 2 vertical cracks. Using a unique technique no soil needed to be excavated yet the crack was sealed right through from inside to outside. This technique made it very affordable. They finished off the inside and outside cracks smoothly so cracks are hardly noticeable. I even received a lifetime warranty for the work. John and his assistant were friendly, informative, and cleaned up after themselves! I recommend this company to anyone with a leaky basement foundation!

We had some difficult cracks in our basement that became a very serious problem this year due to all the rain we have had. I am very pleased to be able to talk about the cracks in the past tense! They are no more!!Trevor and John from Crack Buster Concrete arrived recently and worked their magic on the cracks. No more water! In addition to fixing the problem, they were very pleasant while here and explained each phase clearly so that I could understand how the process works. We were very pleased that there was absolutely no mess to clean up after the job was done. Also, the entire job was completed in one day and they really solved the problem of water in our basement. This is a very effective and reasonably priced fix for water in the basement, and entirely done from inside the house. No mess or fuss outside! We highly recommend this company and their exceptional work!

Good job all around. I had a vertical crack in the basement where water would come in when it rained. Devon and John came in and had it filled and done in a few hours. They were friendly, easy to talk to and afterwards, as if testing the work they had done, it poured rain. No leaks. Would recommend.

A cold call to Jenna at Crack Busters Concrete was friendly, courteous and professional. Jenna made arrangements for Eddie to come out to assess two cracks in my basement foundation wall, one horizontal and one vertical. Eddie examined the area, explained in detail the repair required, and advised that Jenna would provide an estimate the following morning. In less than a week, John and Trevor arrived at the door and started the repair. They insisted that the only bad question was the one that wasn't asked, and that they would not be happy if we were not completely happy and satisfied. Every question (and there were lots of them) were asked and answered in detail. I watched the procedure periodically and noted that they work diligently and keep their work space clean as they go. Once the preparation was done, Trevor asked me to view the work area so that he could further explain exactly what was being done and what takes place before and after the product injection takes place. Once the job was finished the work area was as clean as if no one had been there. I have to say, that from start to finish the experience was more than positive. Great folks all, right from the first phone call to the job being completed. Customer service, punctuality, and professionalism are critical requirements in my world. These folks provided it all. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues. The price was right and the written lifetime transferable warranty tucked away.As a side note, we had a fairly substantial rain last night and the area of concern was dry as a bone this morning.

Very happy with the level of friendly service, not to mention how effective their services were. We've been chasing a leak in our basement for quite a while and they were great at solving our problem for us. The technician was polite and professional, on time and respectful of our home. Water tested after service was complete and the crack is no longer a problem. Highly recommend this business.
